Our Policies

In an effort to deliver consistently superior service to our clients, we ask that you review our standard policies.


Rate Policies

  • Hourly rate begins when the car leaves the garage and ends upon its return to the garage.

  • A fuel charge applies to base fare's for all services.

  • Rates do not include 20% service charge.

  • Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

  • In the event Kelley Towncar, Inc is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, Kelley Towncar, Inc may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, Kelley Towncar, Inc will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service.   • Stretch limousines have a five (5) hour minimum.

  • Sedan hourly rates have a (2) hour minimum.


Cancellations

Billing

Wait Time

  • Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

  • Van reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or the full fare plus 20% service charge.

  • Point to point sedan reservations must be cancelled (2) two hours in advance. Cancellations within (3) three hours will be charged the full fare + 20% service charge.

  • Stretch Limousine & Coach reservations have a 24 twenty-four hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full fare plus 20% service charge.

 

  • Rides are billed to the customers credit card. Kelley Towncar, Inc accepts the following:

    • American Express

    • Mastercard

    • Visa

  • A 20% service charge based on the fare, stop time & wait time will be itemized on the invoice statement; 20% service charge is added on limousines & buses, as well.

  • The following out-of-pocket charges will be itemized on the invoice statement.

    • Two-Way Tolls

    • Parking

    • Airport Fees

 

  • For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $6.00 per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.

  • A (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight time arrival time.

  • A (60) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time.

  • Bus schedules cannot be monitored therefore, billings begins at the scheduled pick up time.


No Show Fees

A no show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

If you cannot locate your driver, call 781-231-2310 to avoid a no show fee.

Holidays

A $ 25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on:

  • Fourth of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas

  • Easter Sunday

  • Presidents Day

  • New Years Day

Events Service Fees

Limousines, Minibuses, Vans, Motorcoaches

All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Kelley Towncar, Inc hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Kelley Towncar, Inc facility until the time it returns to the Kelley Towncar, Inc facility. All reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
